The Graduate Development Program (GDP) is an integrated rotational program aimed at maximising development opportunities for graduates, providing exposure and experience in a range of areas.
The GDP aims to ensure that Graduates across all professional disciplines receive development, extend their competencies and broaden their knowledge of the organisation. The program also aims to ensure that your development as a professional in Kharafi National will be varied, challenging and systematic whist assisting you to determine the course of any future career path.
Upon acceptance of employment with Kharafi National, you will be appointed and placed, within one of Kharafi National current major projects.
Such work placements are a good way of building networks within the organisation as well as developing new and different skills.
Mentors provide our Graduates with career advice, guidance and support. They are an invaluable tool in the learning process as they share their experience and wisdom with the Graduates they mentor.
It is expected that during or at the completion of their Training Graduates will move to a permanent line role. Graduates who have not obtained a line role at the end of three years will continue to be developed under the Graduate program until such a time as they successfully obtain a position.
