Within Kharafi National there is a wide range of specialist skills. To ensure co-ordination and timeliness in execution, the company’s construction activities are carried out by two, closely meshed, operating units: |

Unit A – undertakes mechanical, electrical and instrumentation activities; and |
|
Unit B – undertakes civil and related works. |

Each unit has a team of project managers and is headed by an operations manager who draws on support facilities within Kharafi National for his operational needs. The Equipment Division supplies the equipment needed on projects, ABJ Fabrication Services manufacturers piping and vessels, and the Accommodation Unit feeds and houses the thousands of employees engaged in construction projects. Other departments within the company provide the units services in materials management, quantity surveying, quality control, and project control, as well health, safety and environment matters. |
