The campus has ten faculties, each with its own purpose-built building and KN scope of works includes wide variety of sophisticated electro-mechanical systems,the building management systems, telephone systems, fire alarm systems, audio visual systems and lifts, cleaning services, security services, landscaping and civil works. The Campus is situated on 750,000 m2 of land containing landscaped grounds, paved walkways, roads, bicycle paths and 374,000 m2 of built-up areas.

ADIA’s new HQ is a high-rise twin tower office building that can accommodate 1,400 personnel in an overall built area of 72,600 m2. Tower ‘A’ has 42 storeys and is 198.5 m high, while tower ‘B’ is 168.8 m high and has 36 storeys.

Operation & maintenance of Bayan Palace Residential Buildings that covers a total area of 115,560 m2 to be used as State Guest Houses for accommodating VVIP guests. There are total (6) four storey residential blocks (18 Buildings having a total 108 apartments), Security Command Building, Main Car Parking, Central Plant Building & Helipad, TV, Telephone & Building Automation System.
