Kharafi National has designed its Retirement Plan to assist its Employees in long term saving for the future. Kharafi National wishes to ensure that, by becoming a Plan member, you have the opportunity to make a commitment to you and your family’s long-term financial security. This Booklet has been prepared to explain the major provisions of the Plan in effect and try to answer some of the questions you might have.This defined contribution Retirement Plan is new to the Middle East and Kharafi National is pleased to be one of the first commercial companies to offer it to its staff.

Kharafi National Retirement Plan (the “Plan”) was established under a Trust Deed and Rules in Bermuda. The Trustee of the Plan is Bermuda Trust Company Limited, a member of the HSBC group.
Copies of the actual Plan rules, its related Trust Agreement and, in due course, an annual report, are available for inspection upon request from the Plan Administrator. Please contact your local representative designated by the Employer with any requests. Although care has been taken in the preparation of this Plan Summary, it is not the official text of the Plan. In the event of any inconsistency between the information in this Summary and in the Plan itself, or to the degree the Plan contains more complete or detailed information or rules, the provisions of the Plan will prevail. |
